Before you write in.
A bank won't connect
Bank connections are powered by Plaid. If a login fails or an account stops refreshing, try reconnecting the account first — most issues clear on a fresh link. Still stuck? Email us the bank name and roughly when it started.
A transaction is categorised wrong
Change it in the app and Mint learns from the correction. If a whole merchant is consistently wrong, tell us the merchant name and we'll fix it upstream for everyone.
A document didn't parse
Mint reads statements, 1099s, and similar PDFs. If a document comes back blank or wrong, email us the document type and issuer — don't send the file itself unless we ask.
Deleting your data
You can ask us to delete your account and the financial data attached to it at any time. Email shay@bliest.com with the subject “Privacy request”.
Reporting a security issue
Found a vulnerability? Please report it to us privately at shay@bliest.com before disclosing it anywhere else. We'll acknowledge every report.
